@Marcel Pean I would stick to that list just because you worked on getting the list to that #, repetition does work but may want to send out different mailers than just post cards (example: yellow letters).

Just remember that these forms of campaigns take time and repetition to be effective, you may need to send a property owner 3 postcards and a yellow letter before they decide to call you so do not give up on a method until you have given it a thorough try.I hope your efforts reward you greatly,Allen Fletcher
