I'm excited to just get them in the mail and am ready just to make the investment on the yellow letters to create time and repetitiveness for my self but any input would be great. 

@Marcel Pean I would stick to that list just because you worked on getting the list to that #, repetition does work but may want to send out different mailers than just post cards (example: yellow letters).  

Just remember that these forms of campaigns take time and repetition to be effective, you may need to send a property owner 3 postcards and a yellow letter before they decide to call you so do not give up on a method until you have given it a thorough try.I hope your efforts reward you greatly,Allen Fletcher

Find someone who loves data-driven repetitive tasks (they are out there!)

As a result I did learn a lot, so much so that it began to become repetitive (which is the obvious sign that one should act on what they've learned.)

My responses on this board are pretty repetitive.  

Had all the same info just less repetitiveness.
