If the walls continue to come in due to expansion of the ground outside, I'll reinforce the walls  from the inside-out for another $6000 in steel, wood, and labor.

For structural parts, if I use any, my plan is to use less foam and more Glass Fiber Reinforcement (GFRC) along with galvanized mesh reinforcement.

This will help clarify and reinforce what you are reading.
