Essentially this will give you at least a month to regroup and get this right.     

If we need to regroup and find new ways of remaining relevant and meeting the needs of buyers and sellers, we'll do just that.

If you dont have $20k for example you should absorb as much knowledge via BP forums/podcast/local RE groups while at the same time making/saving extra money.

Id look on facebook for local RE groups, meetup.com/allevents/etc

It looks like by early August I’ll be heading back that way to regroup and potentially find a new market out east to dive into.

Are there any websites other than this one you would recommend for local RE groups or meetups ? 

Tired of producing.50s I'd imagine are about purpose and regrouping/recovering. 

Feeling now that I need to regroup and improve that position.

I would think if you are good at doing a few of those items above - that you don't need to associate with a RE Group - you can do for yourself what they want you to do for them and keep all of the sweet equity profits and cash flow!

And mention that to the seller that is calling you crazy, I usually get a phone call about the 4th week from that seller asking to regroup and go over the offer again, those are the best ones cause now you know they want to sell.
