Can all existing liens against a property be found in the local registry of deeds?

Just found out seller is on sex offender registry too so this feels really weird to me.

Does anybody know how the Registry of Deeds Works, What paperwork is routinely filed there and can clarify examples of when different deeds are used?

As for other liens on the property I don't know how NJ works but in MA I would go to the registry or you can look at the records on line.

The rent usually  would be abated for the time the tenant could not occupy the home, and typically if they have given written notice for the repairs and the landlord did not make the repairs in a timely fashion, then the tenant should put rent with the court registry.

If they fail to pay funds into the court registry, that may give you more consideration with the courts.

If tenant wishes to challenge eviction they are required to pay the past due amounts into the clerk of courts registry.

I do things for special occasions, like if they are getting married or having a baby, I google their registry and send a gift

You will need to make sure people are not on the Do Not Call registry.
