They do sell photos/descriptions after your 90 days time with them.I have used Guesty for hosts, since I currently only manage one property(I have mixed opinions on this, few things to note are that VRBO integration can be an absolute pain, scheduled messages can be a hit-and-miss (you will have to disconnect and reconnect at times), you could potentially choose hospitable/hostaway/guesty for pros if you need more robust PMS.One thing to note is you will have to learn a little bit of dynamic pricing( pick and choose your favourite and try them out before settling) pricelabs/wheelhouse/guesty price optimizerOnce you start managing yourself, you will thank yourself later for the money that you will end up saving.

Too many people flake out and you don't want to have to pay for reconnect.   

In my particular market, a simple one man handyman crew would be the proper hire for this job and we don't need a union contractor, GC, or licensed plumber to disconnect and reconnect a toilet and sink.

It's great to see your lead measures but I would re-connect with your initial annual goals and make adjustments.

For example, I know CI plumbing stack replacement is not necessarily uncommon, but it would seem to require several weeks where the property was vacant for the plumbers to remove, install and reconnect the waste lines in a 3-story multi. 

Stessa has issues with their bank feed breaking connection frequently (every day) so there is an unnecessary amount of manual data entry (once you get tired of constantly reconnecting and just go full manual). 

I disconnected the locks individually within Locks Manager and reconnected them and that seems to have fixed the issue.

Meet with them regularly to reconnect.
