You will not likely achieve much cash flow to contribute to retirement.As for investing for your kids and grand children all you will be leaving them is a huge mortgage debt and they will likely liquidate to realise what they really want....cash.I would sell the house, invest all your money is income funds to generate descent returns and move east.

At the end of the day get your hustle on in one way or another and realise there is an abundance of opportunity out there... too many kids under 20 making BANK haha.Also keep learning and partner up with people who are like minded and you may see you reach your goals faster.

I picked up the book "Set For Life" the other day to read about house hacking and reading it, I realise that I have made a mistake in buying my first home out here. 🤦♂️ I bought a "reasonable" family home, that is, I live in this home and pay a mortgage on it, but clearly, this place is not generating income.

I realise this request for a $500k, 1% property seems a bit annoying to some reading the thread and there are obviously easier deals to find at lower prices but I really am interested to find out if a $500k 1% property exists, that also fits the criteria of a conforming loan.I will try and actually do some searching and link a few properties that might be close and see what you all think.
