I haven't spoken to the county yet, but will make that phone call today.As far as financing -- I was leaning more towards getting a business line of credit or using a business credit card and rolling it over to interest free cards.

I am here to create a business strategy that protects personal and business investments and mitigates risk,  procure a coach or mentor, and set up tax strategies to create long-term wealth for myself and my family. 

Of course don't go there just looking for business, you go because you believe in whatever the group is doing. 

I use the terms -  "corporate furnished rentals",  "short-term rentals",  and talk about my target clients-  Business travelers, traveling nurses, traveling healthcare workers.#6  Knowledge -  Know why STR is better for the landlord than traditional rentals.   

If I live a busy life and don't have the time or care to invest on my own, but want to put, lets say $200k to work, is a 15% cash flow return reasonable?

You'll find a lot of hard working contractors.Have something to write on as many of the contractors won't have business cards.You'll still want to screen them a bit because, "there's a reason they work with the hands, not their heads":)

Started with the flip business 2 years ago and going strong. id say start by practicing comps in your area, learn your market and go to real estate meetups.

For your part, it might seem like a free roll of the dice to go to court, but there are surprises and landmines along the way, litigation always takes far longer than anybody expects, and the time and emotional expense of fooling with litigation are energy drains on more productive endeavors.

When I saw this product offered through CapFree Xchange and Appreciation Homes (out of Dallas) I was hesitant.
