I just use a spreadsheet where I organize my campaigns, and then self-print regularly with an ink-jet printer using card stock and a paper cutter.

I don't use cozy but we require apps be done online via our management software (I don't allow printers or faxes in the office).

I'm doing a yellow letter campaign, and I'm looking for a reasonable cost printer in the NW suburbs or near downtown.  

But for $0 in free Costco cardboard, $30 in arts/crafts supplies, printer ink, an an afternoon of driving around with a staple gun, maybe that exact same level of results is totally a slam dunk.But, really, that's all speculation.If it's working for you, who cares what the haters say.

Secondly under a business owners policy the named insured would be your LLC, it would cover the property used to conduct your business, like your computer, printer, desk, tools if you rehab homes and the list goes on, because I'm assuming you office out of your home and most homeowners policies only have a small limit of coverage for personal property being used for business.
