If the female dog is allowed to interact with male dogs, she will likely get pregnant, which means a bunch of dogs instead of one in the home.One of the reasons people don't spay/neuter a dog is for breeding, so there is a chance that is their intent.

I'm in the group of giving good tenants ONE "get out of jail free card" by waiving a late FEE ONE TIME, with a very clear discussion with the owner that this is it......... don't push your luck....next time you get a "pay or quit" notice and the process starts.DO NOT start talking in your head with "but the tenant is pregnant...... but the tenant lost their job..... but they had a death in the family"........

I even tried doing a “baby house hack” meaning my wife is pregnant and doing research you can have 2 FHA loan if your family size increases.

That can be viewed as steering away people with children and familial status (people with children or who are pregnant) are a protected class with regard to real estate.

BTW i dont believe they will stop getting pregnant but i  certianly wont even go near that topic.

Also, they might just not have money to spay their dogs so the females keep getting pregnant.

Well, my wife got pregnant while we were searching for homes and now we're both looking at everything and wondering if we should be looking for something more permanent for ourselves.

San Francisco is a place where elder millennials are having babies and finally realizing renting a room for $1,500 and having 3 roommates when you're pregnant isn't as fun as it was when they were 22 and fresh out of college working at Twitter.  

I started a couple businesses out of our 1 car garage, got a dog and my wife became pregnant.

Some may try to get you pregnant by starting but leave you hanging because they’re overcommitted to too many other projects.
