Currently, I am looking at Hemlame for local, I tried to use them for an out-of-state investment property, but the cost with an agent would end up far greater than a full-service property manager.The dream option would combine all accounting, bill pay, rent collection, provide eviction services, and maintenance coordination outside of normal hours.

@Kaaren Hall after seeing your post i called them right away, their fees are extremely high for an HSA that for the most part most people don't have a lot of money in.I max my HSA every year, but if you have a self only plan you can only put about 4k /yr  and if you have some medical bills it's less.they are also very restrictive on taking money out, and no CC to pay the doctor. prior to speaking with them I was extremely excited to see this opportunity you suggested,  but after my conversation I'm no longer...I will look for other options now that I see there may be some, so thanks so much for bringing it up.

Also is it possible to ask the county to reach out to these lien holder and inform them this was a judicial sale and that all liens is cleared. ( assuming county has power to get rid of the lien in this hypothetical)

Fail #2, Although booking will capture info about the guest who was "new" to the platform, they will not share that info, instead the "call them on your behalf and ask that they pay their bill."
