And I found its more of type (chrome, nickel, polished) than which one, other than the cabinet pulls - that one was “hummm what do I do”.By nature I always need help in choosing wall paint or anything that needs to coordinate.

Florida is a perfect market for wholesalers , a dream,so many buyers paying above asking . some wholesalers are more polished then others, i had one when I was flipping , that gave me noi, rental, price difference etc if I converted a 3 bedroom to 4 bedroom etc, the works lol.

Learn to spot diamonds in the rough, find or pick properties nobody else seems to want but have the wherewithal to effect the transition of properties from rough diamonds into polished and far more valuable ones.

.- knock out kitchen wall, vault ceiling, add skylights- all floors exposed to concrete / ground / polished / wet finished (all floors demo - remove vinyl tilinh and carpet)- add some can lights- remove popcorn ceiling in whole house and prep to paint ready - paint all interior - bathroom remodel - replace electric panel (zysco)Thanks in advance - Minh
