Before making the plunge, I highly advise you to consult with a cross-border tax & legal specialist to determine the best entity structure to use.

It took my husband and I a while before we took the plunge...we brought our first property last June and closing on a second SFH this Friday! 

I have dabbled in tax deeds and as a co-owner of a campground but now will take the plunge and get my license and truly help people with real estate.  

I'm not afraid of professional memberships as a cost of doing business but would prefer to hold off on it until I'm ready to make the plunge.
