I've been investing in the US since 2013, specifically Florida and now my company invests throughout numerous States including Michigan. Before making the plunge, I highly advise you to consult with a cross-border tax & legal specialist to determine the best entity structure to use. Then start reaching out to investor-friendly Realtors who have a good Rolodex of contacts including contractors, title companies, property managers, Etc

I’m sure there are Canadians that are currently investing here in Michigan if not all over the States.
Use the search feature and type in Canada. You’ll find they are all over the place.
I would suggest you set up your key words in your profile regarding Canadian investors or Canada or something to that nature. That way you will be alerted when someone posts in the forums on the keywords.
