Trade a plane for me 

The bulk plane, allowable square footage, and massing is a bit tricky and very site specific, so we always do an initial Feasibility Study with each client to cover this and the questions above before getting into design on these. 

@Jordan Hanksion Having been in your position exactly, I did all the research I could online - long distance etc, but eventually had to get on a plane and go meet with the boots on the ground and vet the possibilities with my own eyes.

I would love to send you references, or even buy you a plane ticket so we can discuss in person.

Yes I am not planing on selling them, but to hold and have a decent cash flow. prior to this situation I had already bought 3 and they are currently generating $600 each.

The seller was not willing to move the dates because he to was out of town and already bought plane tickets to come in for closing and finish moving and the listing agent was also very rude and hard to work with. 

However, I am willing to jump on a plane if need be.  

Perhaps you are planing on an FHA 3 /2% mortgage and your friend house hacking.   

As far as exit strategy I was planing to put it on the MLS, or do a lease purchase with option and down payment, or owner finance?
