The whole inside needs painting - and one of the tenants is a painter by trade.

Our drywall/painter quit halfway throughout the job.

I hire a roofer (if the property needs a roof), electrician, HVAC contractor and then an interior guy.My interior guy then hires out all the painters, the flooring and carpentry guys!

So I have 2 groups of general contractors (each has around 3-4 daily workers), 2 roofing companies (both very reasonably priced and will ALWAYS return my call), an electrician, an HVAC tech, a painter, and a landscaper/masonry guy who I consistently work with.

Ideally the same sub would also do the painting.Has anyone had good experiences recently with a drywall sub and /or painter?

I use these little guys more than I use any other putty knife or scraper other than a basic painters tool.

I didn’t hire this person but I also did not get a 1099 either as they are not a professional painter.
