Is there anyone on here in the Brevard, Orange, or Volusia county area that has gone through the tax deed auction process?

At the end of the day they're the ones that get the lowest hanging fruit.

I’ve educated myself on the importance of understanding the variables between annualized ROI vs Comulative ROI and just the annualized ROI can be more helpful when comparing apples to apples as well as apples to oranges.  

Also I was trying to get my own comps on an older 3/2 ranch,but most the properties around it were newer or larger.Whats the best way to compare oranges to apples for lack of better words.

In a few years you will be happy you did as rents will continue to increase and so will property values, hence multiplying your investment capital.I have properties in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and Kern Counties. 

I have several STR rentals in California (I co-own STRental Pros in Orange County, Los Angeles County, and Riverside County). 

As a former New Yorker who was a realtor in both NY and PA (Orange Co, NY and NEPA) I learned a lot about North Eastern PA which includes the Pocono Mtns and Scranton-Wilkes Barre area.

So a million paid and 700k due no other loans on the property and it's a commercial building in Orange County CA.
