I have been following the Real Estate Investing industry for a while and just recently decided to put my focus into it and implement a plan I had in mind for years.So I went down to Puerto Vallarta I put together a team of local realtors, brokers, contractors, property managers and a lawyer. 

BP is a great place to definitely learn and connect with like-minded people. 

Another wildcard is that the tax office opened in The UAE a year ago.

Once I placed an ad for a 1BR apt, an open house and people started coming.

It has cost many people including myself a lot of unnecessary money and still is because you deal with the tax portion of opening unnecessary LLCs recommended by supposed professionals. 

The first one that comes to mind is CPKC.

@Michael Overall, The length of time that a DST is open is going to keep you from doing this over time like @Jon Taylor said. 

@Jonathan LudizacaFrom a lender's perspective, starting in 1-4 units gives you experience and many more lenders will be open to first time flippers in this space versus multifamily.
