Great beach, restaurants and music venues.

There are no zoning laws there, which is all well and good until your neighbor opens a night club that plays loud music until 4am, or turns their property into a pig farm or a trash dump or a brothel, or you name it, which lowers your property's value and renders it impossible to sell, and there's nothing that you can do it about. 

I don't really listen to music either.

Set up a section for non-related real estate discussions that is not moderated with the exception of serious flames, for personal, politics, religion, music and whatever.

They give out accolades like “Superhost”, and advocate a “right” way of hosting.

I would guess they dont have a super scheduled home life,  ie they arent getting driven to sports or music lessons..after school..

If you're not, you are going to get beat by alot of others that are..I'd rather have a chair when/if the music stops but that mentality also forces me to miss deals. 

We donated some musical "stuff" to a local high school. 

The music festivals were all cancelled during the height of the lockdown and airbnbs still did well despite the lack of these large attractions.

As Rachel can't go 5 minutes without eating, we will have snacks, drinks, and music.
