Toward the end of my time in the Army, I switched again to Information Technology.  

When I look at the design it’s not very modern, it’s very plain.

I do believe that, because of technology (on line deed information and ability to filter such) and higher interest rates, we will see more acceleration of loans due to due on sale violations than in the past.  

Networking with other investors can also provide fresh perspectives and new ideas, as sharing experiences often leads to innovative solutions.Additionally, leveraging technology, such as CRM systems, can help streamline lead management and follow-up processes, ensuring no potential opportunity is overlooked.

Focus on building strong systems, leveraging technology, and networking with the right people, and you’ll be off to a strong start.

The technology is there, but it is hard to find hvac installers in Chicago who "get it" since heat pumps are not common here yet.
