Was the pine the finish floor pre-rehab?

My sister has two students with a dog right now with crap on the 90 year old heart of pine floors.

The resulting water will refreeze into a sheet of ice known as Black Death.The pine trees will also freeze.

You can get some cheap pine 1x4s and make a great looking divider with .5'' between each board.

Areas I also like for appreciation are Lakeland, Winter Haven, Ocala, certain parts of Lake County, Areas that cashflow, but home values won't appreciate as fast- Poinciana, Deltona, Pine HillsOnce again this all depends on your criteria. 

We do have a pet deposit that will be necessary as well and feel like it should be covered, but if these things turn out to be miniature T-Rex's in the home, then I am not sure how much the deposit will cover.Thanks in advance for any experiences you may have had.

I will send you one contractor to call as well, but you need to understand your contract with your PM before you go to an outside contractor.Based on where you mentioned the property is I would definitely consider ripping out the carpets, and then painting the floors (if you can't refinish hardwoods) as they should be pine or oak planks.  

You can get MDF for under $.50/LF and pine for not too much more.

I own in a few units in oyster landing, and 2 units in Holly Ridge (one off of pine hollow rd and another off of currituck dr).
