I cannot even imagine how messy renting a MH by the room could get. 

We pulled the carpets out of the home and found hardwood floors.

It was a messy job.

If its messy one day and it takes a little longer?

Basically, to really get your floors clean you need something that sucks the dirty water back up, like a carpet cleaner.

But the reality is also it is a messy busines, I am very happy if I was right most of the time. 

I do not feel as though the pet fee they paid means they don't have to keep floors clean, I needed to pay a professional carpet cleaner to try to remove the dog smell.
