I currently own/manage 10 units and have a contractor that I use for all of my property, the issue is he works full time and although he's a fantastic contractor there's only so many hours in a day and sometimes thing...

I asked friends, family and coworkers for referrals to contractors/handy men that could do the work.  

Currently there are 4 single tenants living there, 3 men and 1 woman.

@Alyssa De Los Santos We hire "bird dogs" to build up our driving for dollar list, most of them are uber drivers or delivery men.

I don't know what it is, but women pick up on stuff that us men miss and his wife saved our butt's multiple times by pointing things out!
