A good deal is always a good thing :-) May make more sense to just fill them up and rent a room when you visit, letting the extra cash flow pay for your temporary lodging.

I'd take it one step further and explain to the agent that they are not allowed to give legal advice and that you will lodge a complaint against them for practicing law without a license.

I am not sure if they will let me post the website to our cabins or not but you can see our 4 cabins at:www.littlevalleymountainresort.comOur cabins are: Stars & Stripes, Sunset Lodge, Timberwind, and Majestic Mountain.My opinion is that you can pick up some nice cabins at a discount that you will be able to sell in the future for a profit.

I'm writing this with tears in my eyes,I came down here to Wales United Kingdom  for a short vacation and i was mugged at gun point last night,at the park of the hotel  where we lodged all cash,credit cards and cell were stolen off me,thank God we have our life and passport. I've been to the embassy and the Police here but they're not helping issues at all,they asked us to wait for 3weeks but we can't wait till then.My flight  leaves in less than 3hrs from now and am having problems settling the hotel bills. The hotel manager won't let us leave until we settle the hotel bills.You can speak with him through this number +447024078842 his name is Larry.am so  freaked out at the momentYou can wire the money to me through western-union all you need is name on my passport and location below.

I probably would not even be allowed to build that hunting lodge we were all talking about even if I had the planks made from my own trees.I am beginning to see a lot more of these type deals available up here with plenty of acerage because of the economy.

George, I am going to guess that this is not in the MD area, not too much acreage there, but if it is then there should be a lot of people wanting some space and this could go at a premium in such a case.In other areas as PNW suggested you can advertise it as a starter farm, or even possibly as a hunting lodge location (depending upon zoning and amount of forested area).

From what I gather, Sandbridge is exempt from VB's restrictions/burdens on STR, but I believe there is a lodging tax of 8%.
