I also don't know if I get any mail for him where it should be forwarded to, heck I can't even get into the mail box now until I have a locksmith come fix it.The rent is not structured as a "monthly" rent.

I just put the Kwik Set, (easy rekey system with that little pin hole on the front)  on my third rental and now that I have my eyes on rental #4 want to switch to something you have described.

I did all the tenant screening remotely and he would meet them, have them sign the contract and walk through checklist, hand over the keys and then mail them to me.For key changes I would have a locksmith meet them to change the locks at  the time of the walkthrough.

At first she started out doing the small things like utilities, paperwork, meeting with locksmiths, signs in yards, lock boxes, taking calls, inputting listings etc.
