You are LITERALLY posing as a licenced agent here and this WILL get you in a poopload of trouble.So in that case, head to craigslist and post an ad where you do not say anything specific about said property.

@Hobart KingHi Hobart,if it were mine, I'd find 3 workmen (state licenced contractors) who can re-do the lath and plaster and get bids from them, as well as 4 references each (12 phone calls) for recent similar lath and plaster work.
