My former experience has been with LTR and I'm currently focused on STR in E TN but interested in learning other useful strategies and expanding markets in later deals. 

I am hoping to learn about managing my own property and how to get tenants. 

Would like to know what it is called and if you could list some resources to learn it that would be great.

Learn as much as you an about how to scope a property and estimate the investment. $50k sounds like a lot to you but with the price of materials and of qualified labor, it does not go too far.

My question to y'all good folks: Do you know of, or can you recommend, a company or brokerage that deals in property management in California that I could work for full-time and learn everything there is to know? 

I’m already just trying to learn so much it’s exciting and im looking forward to this new chapter ! 

I have been binge listening to The Bigger Pockets podcast for the past few months and have learned a lot so far.
