The best way is to get a Realtor in the area that you want to buy and have them do a key word search such as Bank or Trust - these show up in the Seller names. 

Do a search and set up a keyword alert for tax liens. 

Also, maybe use some other surrounding cities as keywords to populate some more interest on your post.If you ever end up further north in Chicago, let me know.

Make sure to put at least 1,000 keywords.#3 - I see it's a commercial property, find out traffic count, put nearby facility or nearby items that could entice buyers for future growth.#4 - If you could provide figures or ball park figure to the repairs known to the property.

Just search for the word "assumable" in the key word search on zillow or realtor.com.
