My first degree was in Criminal Justice and had 55k debt making under 30k.

I wish Wendy the best in getting justice here, but there is another lesson as well for everyone that believes it is easy to pierce the corporate veil of an LLC or that umbrella insurance is all you need.

Making sure a deadbeat tenant has an eviction on their record is not only justice for the deadbeat, but helps our fellow landlords!
