I am down to three choices1. 4 sub divided lots with 4 cabin (VR) hold then sell2. 4 sub divided lots and build duplexes for holds equaling 8 units3. a commerical/VR cabin estate- is what I have invisions all alongNEED to plan another meeting with town code and then with the commity and see if #2 is possible.
