Yes you partner with them on the individual deal but you get the reps in to become better at watching a deal from start to finish. 

Lost in all of this has been the significant role technology now plays in listing and selling real estate.

I also think, the flat rate ppl are playing to a race to the bottom. 

It is a very safe play.

This clearly has nothing to do with laws, regulations or operating numbers but I do think it plays a large role in the decline of the market.

I just feel like everything that I am looking at has to be a high effort strategy or an equity/value add play.
