I have a perspective tenant from the U.K. Since he doesn’t have a SS# can I run a background/credit report on him? Thanks.

I am non USA citizen and want to know if I open an LLC, can I use my LLC name in the assignment of contract instead of my own name or I still need to use my name?

Doing our first flip in Scottsdale Arizona and the neighborhood is a mix of the residents that are not quite senior citizen but near or at retirement age and families with teenage to older children.

An exception to this is areas that have a higher population of senior citizens.

In NYC, I found out that there are four exemption categories as follows: School Tax Relief (STAR) Basic STAR, Enhanced STAR, Senior Citizen Homeowners Exemptions (SCHE), and Disabled Homeowners Exemptions (DHE). 

Even citizens said no?

I am a dual citizen so the taxes will be less for me though. 

Large cities run by Democrats (and increasingly, Republicans) will continue to erode the property rights of private citizens.

Fully rehabbed houses are going to illicit the interest of homeowners instead of just investors, so you'll have much more competition.
