Sometimes I still like a fraud in the RE space.

I'm one of the investors who got into this fraud "investing opportunities" through Sief.

Historically real estate and markets are nearly identical over a long period of time. 

There has been a lot of tenant fraud since COVID, with people committing identity theft and falsifying documentation.
