Yes they can be more maintenance than stone products, however if you finish them with several coats of hardening sealer they hold up ok.

@Chris Harden you’re right most Facebook “buyers” are tire kickers however sometimes you can be surprised I found some great buyers and private lenders via REIA fb groups.

All concrete cracks because it continues to harden while hydrating needing to relieve itself somewhere.

(currently almost in slumlord condition).The question that I have is it possible to make your rentals "hardened" but at the same time make them feel like they above average rentals.

The base layer gets even thicker, more responsive to heavy scrubbing, and my hardened rental gets even more hardened.
