There are facebook groups out there to help you get started just search investing akron,canton, cleveland and you will find a group of people that do exactly this.

I've had the best luck with FB groups, networking(local or through social media), referrals.

I'd also like to invite you to join THE MTR Connect, a group I host that meets virtually every Friday from noon - 1:30pm EST.

Stick together as a group so nobody is alone with him.

I am also have issues with this construction group....

The STR owners have banded together and are meeting with the town as a group, and it looks like the town will adopt some STR rules allowing and setting guidelines for STRs. 

I'm curious with this FB/mentorship group what are you posting about daily?
