As a side note, our governor has extended our eviction moratorium until Oct 15.

My governor is typically wearing jeans and cowboy boots, as do doctors and attorneys.

Both resolutions urge the Governor to issue a moratorium that is not voluntary.   

In the mean time the governor closed all courts for increase in COVID cases.

You still have to pay for groceries, you still have to pay for gas, but you can live rent free forever apparently under Governor Dingus Inslee.

We need ALL our governors to order complete and total lockdown, call out the state National Guards to enforce it, and to set up field hospitals. 

The problem is that nobody can predict depreciation so it's more of a gamble, particularly in a state like California where a governor or City council can destroy the market with their heavy-handed regulations.

It seems like the law is stating that evictions cannot be filed specifically for non payment of rent for the duration of the governor of Michigan's executive order. https://michiganlegalhelp.org/self-help-tools/housing/covid-19-coronavirus-and-eviction-cases "tenants will not be evicted if they aren’t able to pay all their rent during the emergency.

Unless you can find the order from the Mayor or Governor that prevents utilities from being disconnected the electric may not get turned back on.
