It will be a contractor role, so a bit of bird doggin, but from what Ive gathered they have a pretty decent leads system and expanding on lead funnels in the new year.  

My goal is to build a data-driven tool that provides actionable insights into which neighborhoods and property types are in the highest demand, based on metrics like:Time on market: How quickly rentals are being leased.Property characteristics: Bedrooms, bathrooms, size, and amenities.Pricing trends: Rental rates relative to market demand and property features.Visual quality: Leveraging property photos to analyze the style and condition of rentals that perform well.The tool will allow users to:Pinpoint areas with the fastest rental turnovers.Understand what types of properties (size, price range, features) rent the quickest.Gain deeper insights into property presentation and amenities that correlate with high demand.Thank you in advance for your feedback.

Are you able to gather feedback from your showings to gauge public opinion? 

One of the best resources I’ve spotted for honest property management feedback-beyond scanning Google-is checking local Facebook investor groups and seeing who people recommend.Anyway, Ethan, since you’ve done a bunch of data crunching: have you or anyone else revisited these numbers more recently, and if so, how have shifting mortgage rates or local employment trends changed your approach?

Sorry to hear our designs do not please you, we have received very different feedback from our 1,000+ investors and thousands of tenants.

Would love anyone who has had experience with any of these to give some feedback on pros/cons.

Smart tech, such as fast Wi-Fi, streaming services, and keyless entry, consistently gets positive feedback, as do luxury bathroom additions like plush towels and rain showers.
