For perspective, last April I closed on a new construction loan (build to rent) with a turnkey company there (Rent to Retirement).

After a showing we offer the perspective tenant to fill out an application. 

You need to get some perspective buddy, unless you are trying to hide something.

Many have their own opinions/perspective of loopnet for deal flow, but at a minimum you can see who the active brokers are in a particular area.

I’ve even seen a friend in Austin organize a simple field trip to another city..from what I’ve heard that kind of trip can spark interest in fresh markets.

I am planning on doing a tenant screen as I have not done this for the tenant myself and it is essentially a new lease from my perspective, but curious what others do for renewals.
