We vetted a  handful of "turnkey" companies and REI Nation was the best in terms of reviews across multiple sources. 

They try to source deal flow, and raise the capital for the deals.

Anyone have any good referrals for any of these sources that are geared toward or accommodate investors?

And when their methods don’t work and you turn to your favorite guru for advice, what do they tell you?"

I met with Wicked Smart today and was told they help you set up a lead sourcing system, help you structure creative financing - which is essentially lease option/purchase, subject to and owner financing....all strategies I am interested in learning more about.

Better to go right to the source.

And if this is illegal in some states...what exactly is illegal about finding interested investors and matching them up with a funding source?
