I'd imagine this will be useful for any investors looking to get a basic knowledge of the historic neighborhood that is poised for explosive growth, but if you already are an expert you are welcome to join to share your knowledge as well!

After witnessing the explosion of stuff rapidly accumulating in my house, I am not too thrilled.  

Look for more explosions like at 40/42 (the "real" Cleveland.

In particular, they would break windows and use small explosives to blast open doors. 

Every single transaction he goes through is an explosion of emotion and problems and threats and lawsuits.

I think long before AI becomes a species ending threat, we will see new RE opportunities in mars domes, asteroid mining claims/housing and third world development explosion after the one world government world war rebuilding.I mean, as long as we are speculating :)

But sprawl is by far the biggest reason for the explosion.
