I'm wondering if you might ever consider a brief conversation about your experience in Duluth and what you have seen from the MTR space there?

A smaller paid off portfolio seemed a lot easier to manage so that is the path I was on.. but I've come to the realization if I ever want to accumulate serious wealth I will have to use leverage and scale big.

I cannot say I ever did a mentoring/coaching program.

We then use this to compare actuals to throughout the year and normally do a reforecast at the end of Q1 as thing evolve and change.
