Is there a place for me to find pore tial hosts who would want to lease them from me and manage STR for themselves?

I found only few little points to improve property: changing hardwood floor in three rooms (existing is in very good condition, however I have few hundred sq-ft of beautiful walnut hardwood flooring from friend :) and this will add to character of the house, adding driveway for garage on back (there is driveway for 4 cars on front), enlarging master bedroom closet, and adding doors for outside from laundry room.

Over time, fine particles fill the pore space in the soil. 

The kitchen was a BOOM by enlarging it and making it an open concept with light colors to add space.
