My question is: should I have another LLC(s) that are 100% owned (wholly-owned subsidiary's) by my holding company so my overall tax return encompasses all of my P/L and while protecting myself from liability.

Things to consider and bring up with them (although not all-encompassing or tax advice):1.

Obviously Memphis is the second largest city in the south (by population) however, Central Arkansas encompasses about 700,000 citizens between Conway AR and Benton, AR.

But to my knowledge a portfolio loan would encompass more than 1 parcel, providing 1 loan on multiple properties.

And don't get me wrong, a lender might also have their own limit but the term "portfolio" lending is pretty encompassing.
