LOL . hunting the elusive CPA now is like tracking an alligator during the rainy season!

I have done a little bit before and as I said, I have been trying wholesaling for a few months now, but I feel that having like minded individuals working with me as well as an in place team will get me to that elusive first deal and beyond.

Please give me more insight, some backdoor tricks or something, otherwise it just seems it's an another elusive unicor that's all theory, but doesn't exist!

Real estate investors (and I have occasionally been guilty myself) often add many unnecessary layers of complication to what could be a simple transaction, for reasons of gaining elusive or not existent advantages.

I'd open an account with a national bank if there's a lot of traveling, credit union if you plan to use one branch elusively (maybe close to where you live) and prefer a more personal interaction.There are a lot of great credit unions out there and you can check out there websites
