Hi Greg -That is this question I debate in my head daily.

I plan to head to the area in the beginning of December and would love to use the time I spend there to speak with lenders, property managers, etc. to make a more educated decision. 

I’ve been working with my local credit union for the past few years, so I’ll head there. 

He has helped me out countless times when I get in over my head.
