You will need real issues to get you out, because the seller is going to point to the fact that you are a professional, and you more than a normal buyer are able to see problems X, Y and Z with your eyes, and were aware of them before there was an inspection.

I have been attending a meetup hosted by @Priscilla Z. and there are a number of wholesalers who attend. 

I have seen lots of people try X,Y,Z and there are usually unknowns that take away from the turn around.
