I have a client in KC that rents a large home in the urban core to a social service org in the area that feed him tenants.

I've had clients who work with local lenders and others who work with national lenders.

For example, my client just closed a 3/2 single family house for $160k that was already rented at $1900/month and near turnkey and in a super desirable residential area.

I’d be happy to connect and go over what I see my clients doing and what’s working, and what strategies are dead ends here.
