Saw this while trying to research how to get rid of cigarette smoke https://www.epa.gov/indoor-air-quality-iaq/ozone-generators-are-sold-air-cleaners#ozone-health anyone have thoughts on how harmful ozone generators really are?

Look for evidence of cigarette butts in the air ducts and fireplace.  

I tell my tenants that smoking is not allowed inside the property and cigarette butts need to be disposed of properly.

After finally trading a check for the title,  learned cigarette tar  on ceiling requires primer PRIOR to painting white 6 times, and fist holes in the 3/8 drywall require more backing than gobs of joint compound.

It was only about $200 to fix it.She claims to not know how it started, but she smokes heavily in that area, so I'd assume she tossed a cigarette butt in the boxes.

The power was off, and I only had a cigarette lighter, but hey no big openings so at worse a few mice or a snake right.

Do not leave dirty clothes on the floor or food, wrappers, cigarette butts etc. as they all attract bugs.If you keep your place clean and have pest control and also put down the boric acid or have someone do it usually it will make the bugs move away to the other connected units.

Tasha's friend smokes on the front lawn and drops a lit cigarette that sparks.

For rentals my preference is "shell white", though if walls are stained like cigarettes, then maybe the darker "antique white".
