A Private church learning center sets beside this property, and a funeral home sets across the street from it.

Network with co-workers, church folks, gym buddies, golfing buddies, whatever to see if something's coming open.  

It's currently a vacant church in the heart of Canton and just had the for sale sign removed.  

Churches and cemeteries are great neighbors, rarely used, quiet, well kept, a few busy days on holidays are better than a neighbor with 4 rug rats any day!

I may need to contact other organizations because she said she was a minister and the church told me they never heard of her or her ministry.For the contractor, I have just contacted my lawyer.  

I purchased a vacant lot in a distressed area in Pittsburgh, I got paid to buy it and if I can't sell it this year I will donate it to either the township a church or a local organization I know.
