A lot of families run on two incomes, but I don't want daycare workers raising my children.

I do believe there is merit in following simple best practices that have asset protection as a side benefit:  1) Taking out large mortgages on properties to minimize equity; 2) Having adequate liability insurance; 3) Contributing assets to retirement plans and other protected vehicles; 4) Dividing ownership of family assets between yourself, your spouse, and your children; and, especially, 5) Running an honest business and treating people fairly.  

I want to continue to grow and learn about real estate and become financially free I started my real estate journey by house-hacking a duplex in Southern Orchards next to Nationwide Children’s Hospital.

We also put some gaming chairs and a couch and a table for classic style Families love this set up because they can leave the kids in the game room and then have fun playing on the pool table or other parts of the house that they’re younger children playing in the game room a mini split to help with temperature control and get really cold at night and really hot in the afternoon in the summertime.

I think not.But a golf cart with less safety features, uncapable of traveling speed limits on roads, no doors, children often traveling without car seats or boosters (that people spend hundreds of dollars on to keep their kids safe in the car), kids/teens/drunks driving illegally, etc.It's providing a vehicle for use, even if it is a "golf cart."

In the middle of those two extremes might be a small business with 3 years left on their lease, but they've made improvements to the property that aren't cheap to remove, such as perhaps a dental office (dentists might be pissed that I put them in the mid-risk category, but all the dentists going out of business in 2020-2021 taught us that American consumers apparently regard dental care as an optional and "luxury" spending item). 

In a reality where more and more people are choosing to have no children, it's overkill.But you have it now, so today your conundrum is how to move forward from here.
