I've house hacked twice with roommates in Reno, NV and it's changed my life. 

And then, with every new program manager we get it seems there is a new idea about what color scheme will be better to keep the clients calm so we repaint them walls at least with each New management change that occurs.

Only the house 5 down with the same sq ft is literally worth 100K more because the neighborhood actually changes in those 5 houses. 

Because a large percentage of the charges are base fees that do not change based on use!

I just muddle along with Tech changes not really my forte at all..

If I represent buyers, I like to include my name and contact information along with a sentence that if anything changes after the signing but before the sale, the tenant is obligated to notify me in writing or it waives any of those changes.Buyers might have other tenant concerns that are specific to a property.

@Angelica CristiIt has been a year or 2 since I last purchased on Auction.com so things could have changed.  

Change your story each month as different stories will resonate with different people AND use each story to emphasize one of your “who do you know…” questions.

That's probably changed. 

A lot of people go in expecting these programs to completely change their lives.
